The automobile, beauty and food industries were seen most on unsuitable websites in 2019. Especially the automotive sector showed a strong emphasis on performance advertising with little care for its consequences. As a result we observed that they also had the highest levels of ad fraud, malware and phishing and often displayed ads in editorial environments that would be designated as unsuitable to their brand image.
