The "Missed Opportunities" widget in zBoost's Publisher View shows which advertisers are placing ads with your competitors. Use these insights to refine your ad sales strategy and target suitable advertisers. You can also schedule regular reports on missed opportunities to receive them directly in your inbox (e.g., weekly insights).

In which channels can the Zulu5 crawler detect campaigns?

Zulu5 crawls online ad campaigns on the open web, public ad libraries for closed social platforms, and search engine result pages (SERP) on Google. By gathering data from these channels, Zulu5 provides a comprehensive view of the digital advertising landscape in the covered markets.

What is the benefit of the "Topics" view?

Ad Placement and Analysis

How can I find out which players are involved in placing ads?

The Intermediaries section in Zulu5 provides insights into the Sales House, share of programmatic/non-programmatic ads and the tags used in the campaigns you search for.

How can I find out the risk for ad misplacement of an advertiser?

The risk score indicated in zGuard evaluates the proportion of risky campaign placement to all found campaigns and compares the advertiser to all other advertisers in terms of numbers of incidents.

How can I see which formats are used in a market?

Format refers to the format or type of the ad (native ad, video in-/outstream, etc). In your search, scroll down to the Devices section to see which formats are used. When choosing the extended view, the share of formats is broken down for device type.

How can I reuse Zulu5's data for my own reports?

You can export the data used for each widget as CSV, Excel, or HTML by clicking the export button in the top-right corner of each widget. For a bulk export of the entire view, use the export button at the top of the page.

How is the relative ad spending calculated?

Zulu5 estimates relative ad spending by analyzing ad formats, placements, and publisher data. These insights are ideal for benchmarking trends, seasonal peaks, and competitive comparisons.
